This notice explains how Zalytic handles personal information collected through this website and initial business communications. It does not replace engagement-specific privacy, confidentiality, security or data-processing terms.

2. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or contact us directly, we may receive your name, work email, organization, role, phone number, enquiry type, preferred meeting time and the business information you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential, special-category or sensitive operational evidence through the website form.
The website may also generate limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as request, device and error information processed by hosting infrastructure. A coarse country code supplied by the hosting layer may be used to display a non-binding Arabic-language suggestion; Zalytic does not request or store your precise location for this feature. Your language choice and prompt dismissal are stored locally in your browser. Zalytic does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies.

4. Form and service providers
The enquiry form is transmitted to Zalytic's designated email inboxes through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained in its archive for up to 30 days. Its service documentation is available at formsubmit.co/documentation.
Website hosting, email and related infrastructure providers may process limited information on Zalytic's behalf to operate their services. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy information.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers supporting website hosting, form delivery, email and professional operations; with advisers under appropriate duties; or where required by law. Website submissions are delivered to Info@zalytic.com and copied to the second designated Zalytic team inbox.
6. Retention
We retain enquiries and correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. FormSubmit describes a separate 30-day submission archive. Engagement records follow the terms agreed for that engagement.
7. International processing
Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the relevant provider or contracting party is expected to use an appropriate transfer mechanism. Contact us if you need more information for a proposed engagement.
8. Your choices and rights
